Got order wrong. My roast beef sandwich didn't have much on it. Was not worth the price. Will not be going again.

My sandwich was weak on meat and they messed up my order of sweet potato fries. I had to park and get out, to walk back to the drive up. Another customer parked at the window, offered to take my food sack from the emoyee and handed it off to me on his passenger side. By the time I got that all done, my sandwich was cold, waiting on me to get back in my truck and drive an hour home. 🤨

Super fast when we went through drive thru and the line was around the building. Surprised me. We expected a long wait.

Went through the drive through. Repeated my order s few times. They gave me the wrong drink. And put mayonnaise on my sandwich. Last summer I went through the drive through and an employee was smoking in the drive through area.

The person at the register was confused on what I wanted and had to get another person to help. There were a lot of people that had the same problem. We finished our food, went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the drain had what looked like pee and water all over the floor leaking everywhere. It even smelled like pee in the bathroom as well.

Good food, too many young people not paying attention to orders.

Service was terrible, drive thru worker was taking money in thru, no gloves then go straight to the fryer and start putting dropping dry foods with those same hands. Wouldn't have been a problem if he used the bag to put the dry foods in the basket but he put his hand in the bag and then placed it in the basket.

After going to my local Arby's this week, I was still craving an actual hot sandwich from Arby's. So I gave this location a try and got much better service. I was also in line for less than 5 minutes which is always a bonus.

Waited in line behind someone ordering at 950. I get to the window at 953 after listening to this person ahead of me order and get told sorry we're closed. So don't go here since they do not stay open to their closing time regardless if you were the last person waiting and you just took an order. Ridiculous!

Was not happy with our visit. The tables were not wiped down and messy/sticky. Ordered the fish sandwiches and they had no lettuce. Shake machine and 2 types of fountain drinks were out. Love Arbys but disappointed with this visit.

Love the Marketfresh sandwiches. Personnel very pleasant and accommodating.

Smoked Brisket quite tasty. No rye bread for Reuben sandwich?? Offered whole wheat.

My first and last time ordering DoorDash with this Arby’s. Fries were half filled, the gyro barely had any meat on them with an overload of sauce to make it worse they folded the gyro wrong??? How? It’s not funny at all. Then the double stuffed cookies are borderline uncooked dough. Never again

Their iced coffee is better, and far less expensive than Starbucks. Add that to a varied menu and a flaky cherry turnover and what's not to like! Also, I've never gotten an incorrect order at the drive-thru.

The Arby's in Florence Kentucky is so much better than the Arbys in Madison Indiana....I ordered the same thing at both places. Yesterday I ordered from Florence Kentucky and I got everything I asked for, which was I pecan chicken salad sandwich and two bacon beef and Cheddar's. The chicken salad sandwich was amazing and the beef and Cheddar's had fresh Quality Meat on them, which is more than I can say for Madison Indiana Arby's... Today I ordered at the Madison Arby's and they did not even have the chicken salad sandwich, said they won't have it until next year and then the beef they gave me was Brown not fresh like Florence Kentucky....

Food was hot and fresh. Customer service was great. Service was fast even with a line of cars. 5/5 Best Arby’s we’ve had in a long time.

The beef & cheddar sandwiches were cold and 80 percent bun. The mozzarella sticks were like hard rubber. $15.00 down the drain. Lesson learned. I won't go back.

Food Good need to open up to eat in

Food is good, but I have stopped eating there, after I noticed that the men’s bathroom didn’t have towels to dry hands, plus I noticed worker leaving bathroom without washing hands.

Omg! I love their jalapeno bites with the berry dipping sauce. Yummy!

As of 5/27/20, despite the long line wrapped around the building the service was fast and and the food was good. My only complaint is that NO ONE preparing, touching, or bagging the food was wearing gloves or masks. The cashier was wearing a mask which I appreciate. However, given our current circumstances I would expect that it would be more important for the people preparing and touching my food to wear protective gear.

Just picked up 2 ham & cheese sandwiches. One with cheddar & one with swiss. The cheddar was not even melted, the ham was not even warm and this is NOT the normal ham that I have ever received at Arby's it had fat all through it, some gristle, and did not taste right at all. Normally, I love Arby's ham & cheese sandwiches but these 2 had some kind of ham on them that was not the normal Arby's ham. Maybe they ran out because of the Covid crisis for Meat packing places. I don't know. I will not be ordering ham for a long time from the Florence Arby's. The jalepeno poppers were delicious though! Did you change your normal ham supplier?

Service was okay and the food finally looked like it does on their commercials.

They never get my orders right. I always get the turkey and Swiss without tomato, onion or mustard and for some reason, it always come with those on it. Other times I get charged for a 9 piece mozzarella cheese stick but only get 6. I don’t understand.

First visit, food tasted fresh and was hot (Beef n Cheddar with curly fries). Fast and friendly service. Clean facility (did not visit restroom). They don't have anything not-carbonated except Light Lemonade and iced tea. Still, a definite that i will return.

The drive thru needed a little help but they were very curtious and made sure if i needed any sauces. I will go back good job

They say they have the meats, but where? These were the skimpiest sandwiches and the shortest, skinniest curly fries ever... and all lukewarm, to boot. Blah.

I love Arby's. One of my favorite places to eat. Plus I worked there when I was 17. Sometimes they are very busy and long lines in drive thru but i think the wait is worth it.

The order was wrong and for someone with diverticulosis this mistake could be life threatening. I ordered 5 double Roast beef and cheddar sandwiches all on star crossed buns but they gave it to me all on sesame seed rolls.

Food was good, but service seemed to be lacking a bit. Kids working just seemed overwhelmed.

I absolutely love arby's! But when your man orders a 9 meat sandwich(well not that many but I think 7 maybe) it should be way bigger than your medium beef and cheddar!

Had lunch here and although it was busy there staff was a well trained team. The order came quick and it was hot and tasty.
